Well, where do I even begin. Timmy is one of my closest friends and someone I deeply care about and trust, so it was really a no-brainer to use him as our realtor. My wife and I were buying sight unseen from California, so I knew he would always have our best interests in mind. Fortunately, we had the pleasure of not just working with Tim but also Kristen - who is a rockstar. Kristen always answered our calls, texted us back quickly, and is someone who never made excuses. If we wanted her to go look at one house or five, she was there. Not to mention, she would take the time to Facetime us and then send us videos of the entire home - every time!
